At Vital Paws, we prioritize the satisfaction of our customers and the well-being of their pets. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist.
Returns
Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer support at support@vitalpaws.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, contact us at support@vitalpaws.com.
Shipping Returns
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
